'Stadsmussen'

These are some of the illustrations I made for 'De Prijs van de stad Hasselt' an illustrating competition. I already entered it 4 years ago, and got nominated, this time unfortunatly, I didn't get selected.
To enter, you have to make a book for children aged 2-7y. My design is called 'Stadsmussen' and tells a story (without words) about animals who live in the city, for really young kids.

These are my 2009 annual Xmas cookies. I put so much more effort into it than previous years, but I had a great time decorating them and they tasted good :-) Here you can find the recipe...its so easy!

A gift for Alessandra

My friend Alessandra had her 30th B'day party yesterday. She was really excited about the cupcakes i made for Annabels Birthday, so I made her some too as a gift (in her own special girly style). She absolutely loved them.

I drew this a few days ago over lunch. its one of the houses at the 'Korenmarkt'. I'm planning on drawing them all in the future as they are all so pretty!

At the playground

I was so excited to find this little drawing at my grandma's house. I drew it when i was 6 for an 'art exhibition' at my primary school. If I rememeber well, I'm supposed to be the short haired girl in the middle and the three others are my friends.

Little houses

I made 100 of these houses (filled with sweets) to give to friends and family who came to visit Annabel. It was so much work, but it was all worth it in the end.
